Teach. Train. Transform.

Societal change starts with real talk and real engagement. The CVC Outreach Program will be dedicated to quality trainings, presentations and group discussions based on developmental maturity and geared towards professional need and primary prevention objectives.

The mission of Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley (CVC)is to empower and support victims of crime through confidential, cost-free services, while advocating for their rights and fostering community outreach. With compassion, collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality service, we strive to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and our community.

About Us

Since 1973, the Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley has stood as a steadfast resource for those impacted by crime. Originally founded as the region’s rape crisis center, CVC has evolved into a comprehensive victim service agency serving individuals in Lehigh and Northampton counties.

We offer a wide range of free, confidential services including:

  • Individual and group counseling

  • Legal advocacy

  • Medical advocacy

  • Prevention education programs

  • 24-hour crisis hotline, available every day of the year

Our prevention and education initiatives partner with schools, community groups, colleges, and other organizations to raise awareness and spark conversations about crime and violence.

No matter the circumstances, CVC is committed to being there—every step of the way—for victims and survivors, helping them navigate their journey toward healing, justice, and empowerment.

Free. Confidential. 24/7.
